join us for our 5 day yoga retreat at The Maverick Surfvillas in the beautiful surf town Lourinha north of Lisbon. Jen from mind + plate & Jenne from OH OH OM Yoga will take you on a journey nourishing your body and mind through Yoga movement and delicious food. Jen a certified transformational eating coach & Jenne a 500hrs certified Yoga Teacher and Bodyworker – both lovers of travel, food and yoga – in no particular order. For everyone who is familiar with Yoga & wants to deepen their practice.

Jen is a London born, Barcelona based certified Transformational Eating Coach and Plant Based Retreat Chef. Having trained with the Institute of Psychology of Eating in Boulder, Colorado, she now works with individuals across Europe via Skype and in person to heal their relationship with food, dieting, body image and core self esteem. Taking a holistic, compassionate and collaborative approach to each client’s story, Jen helps individuals directly understand and overcome limiting dietary and body beliefs to find a new found freedom around food choices – and life! Jen ‘s intuitive, empathic approach and solid experience in the field of eating disorder recovery equips her to successfully help others find freedom and harmony around food again, and in so doing, achieve greater health and a greater lust for living beyond restrictive dieting and gruelling workouts. Blending practical, easy-to-apply neuroscience techniques from the Godfather of Mindfulness, Jon Kabat-Zinn, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Guided Body Scanning and Meditations, Mirror Work, Breathwork and her signature style of compassionate enquiry, Jen’s coaching gets to the heart of chronic dieting, binging, negative image and body dysmorphia, to offer clients a liberated path towards greater self awareness, greater self love and vibrant health.
Jenne founder of OH OH OM Yoga – 500hrs Yoga Alliance certified Yogateacher & Yoga Bodyworker – trained in Goa, Sri Lanka & Berlin – sometimes also a sportswear Designer. Passionate about ethical lifestyle and the human body. A lover of travel, food and yoga – in no particular order. Jenne spends her time planning yoga Sessions & Retreats with another vibe through delicious food – live music or in uncommon venues.
She has a unique teaching style influenced by her travels and trainings with different teachers all over the world and her fascination about how our bodies work. Her classes are a blend of strengthening Asanas, flowing vinyasa sequences paired with hands on adjustments and yin parts. Yin and Yang are one union and can´t exist without each other. „Yin creates Yang and Yang activates Yin.“ But most important: It´s all about fun!
