FROM GERMANY
Here's how it's done:
- To return your item, please enter your postcode and order number in our returns portal . You will then receive your return label.
What do I need to consider?
- The return period is 14 days.
- Items must be in their original condition.
- Items must be unwashed and unworn.
- For underwear, hygiene stickers must not have been removed.
- We only accept properly packed goods; please ensure that the goods do not move around in the box; if necessary, pad them with paper.
- Any additional costs such as customs fees or cash on delivery costs will not be covered by us under any circumstances. We will not accept such packages.
- Our return is not free, but to make it as easy as possible for you, we offset your outbound shipping costs with the return shipping costs.
- Refunds can take 2-10 business days.
We reserve the right to return items that are not in the specified condition at the customer's expense.
FROM SWITZERLAND
Returns from Switzerland are processed through our shipping service provider MeinEinkauf.

To process your return smoothly, please include the delivery note for your return. As soon as we have received your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to you.
For returns from non-EU countries, the invoice must be attached externally and the package must be marked with the word "Retoure" (handwritten is sufficient). Otherwise, import duties may apply.

In these cases, customer support must be contacted:
- You have received a damaged or defective item.
- Your package has been lost.
- You have received your order twice.
- You have received a wrong item.
